".sar.hk" domain names

A company called ".sar.hk" is selling domain names ending with .sar.hk at HK$29 per year. It claims that ".sar.hk" is a special domain name for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with same status as ".com.hk" or ".net.hk". This is a trick.

This company is not allowed to sell sub-domains under its registered domain name. Sub-domains can only be used by corporates for internal use, i.e., setting up servers. They should NOT be used for sales to other parties in making a profit.

I have raised my complaint to HKDNR. HKDNR promised to take action after sorting out the legal implications.
